How Does Coaching & Mentoring Work?
Frequent regular visits by Ian Mawdsley to the client to discuss and provide support on a wide variety of issues. These may be marketing, human resources, financial reporting and planning, increasing profits, improving use of resources operational systems, business strategy, business planning or others which are relevant to the development of the business in line with the personal goals of the owner(s).
